I just happened upon your post where you tell people that the CNC status extends the statute of limitations. THIS IS NOT TRUE.
I suggest people do their own research on this because the IRS clearly says that uncollectible status does not toll the statute of limitations from running. In other words, any time spent in CNC status eats up time from the 10 year rule.
